Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We exercise a very strict quality control process to ensure that our clients receive only the best virgin hair, therefore, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Exchanges are granted, at no additional cost to the customer, if it’s determined that Queensential is the party at fault. A $25 restocking fee will be accessed for any canceled orders.
Important Federal Laws: Due to nature of our product and important federal laws and federal regulations, we cannot accept the return of used hair. We highly encourage that you thoroughly inspect and examine the hair without opening the bundles to make sure you are satisfied with the product. Seek a professional stylist if you’re unsure. You may not comb, brush, wash, dye, curl, braid, spray, wear, or treat the hair in any way for us to consider an exchange. Chemical alterations or any modifications made to the product subsequent to the sales, make all guarantees null and void.
Due to important federal laws and health regulations, we adhere to a strict policy with regards to exchanging merchandise. All items sent to us for exchange will be inspected thoroughly. If the item is removed from the bundle and used in any visible manner, we will not accept any exchanges for the merchandise. This includes combing, brushing, cutting, washing, dying, curling, braiding, spraying, wearing, etc. If such an item is returned to us, the item will be held for 10 days pending the product inspection and payment of shipping charges to have it returned to you. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
